The guide to scarring pain references all neuropathic-type pain found after surgery, trauma (hematoma, sprain, dislocations), burns, medical procedures (infiltrations, drug injections, vaccines, manipulations ).

These pains are frequent because they affect between 5 and 10% of operated or traumatized patients. Unfortunately, this information is poorly known and not used.
This guide is not exhaustive. it is designed on the basis of more or less frequent but repetitive and reproducible clinical observations.
