Pain after lumbar arthrodesis MEDECIN ABONNE

M X, 55 years old, underwent lumbar arthrodesis 5 years ago. For 5 years the patient has continuously suffered from chronic low back pain radiating forward from the root of the right thigh, the right buttock and the upper posterior part of the right thigh (red zone).
Complementary examinations are normal.
There is on examination a painful elective zone of the iliac bone corresponding to the removal of bone graft to perform the arthrodesis (green zone).
Treatment of the area provides lasting relief to the patient.
