Muscles of the main structure of the AL chain:
Muscles of the lower limbs:
- Front part of the gluteus medius.
- Fascia lata tensor.
- Anterior tibial and posterior tibial.
- Plantar interossei, lumbricals, transverse adductor.
Muscles of the upper limbs:
- Sterno-cleido-mastoid clavicular part.
- Large pectoral.
- Anterior deltoid (AM, AL).
- Teres major muscle
- Latissimus dorsi lower part.
- Infraspinatus. (PM, AL)
- Long portion of the biceps.
- Supinator (AL, AM).
- Brachioradialis.
- Long and short extensor carpi radialis.
- Small and large palms.
- Transverse and opposing adductor of the thumb.
- Lumbricals and palmar interossei.
Muscles of the secondary structures of the trunk of the AL chain:
- Small postero-inferior serratus (PL, AL).
- Lateral portion of the latissimus dorsi.
- Internal oblique.
- Internal intercostals (PA AP, AL).
