Global muscle chain theory

Description of the motor functioning of the body in its entirety and modeling of global muscle chains balancing with each other and defining the posture of an individual as a whole.
The modeling described in this article was initially set up by M Godelieve Struyf-Denys (GDS Methods), but there are others (Busquet method, Méziere method)
This modeling is used by some practitioners to guide the implementation of correction factors (insoles, dental orthotics in particular)
